Northeast Elementary School recently welcomed grandparents into the classroom for a special Grandparents Day celebration, giving students the opportunity to share part of their school day with some very important people in their lives.

Grandparents spent time alongside their grandchildren participating in arts and crafts, reading together and enjoying classroom activities. The visit provided a wonderful opportunity for students to make memories while celebrating the love, support and encouragement grandparents bring to their families.
