Park Avenue Memorial Elementary School’s annual Career Fair

On Nov. 7, Park Avenue Memorial Elementary School in Amityville hosted its annual Career Fair, an event designed to introduce students to a wide variety of professions and strengthen the school-to-work connection.
Coordinated by school guidance counselor Kim Balducci, the Career Fair transformed the school’s auditorium into an interactive learning space. Students from every grade level had the opportunity to explore careers of their choice, meeting with guest speakers and interviewing them about their daily work, training, and experiences.
This year’s fair featured a diverse group of presenters, including parents, family members, friends of faculty, and community professionals:
