First Ever Friday Night Football Kicks Off Weekend Homecoming Celebration & Games

Amityville High School will flip the switch on the Homecoming activities, as the Varsity Football Warriors will line up against the Rocky Point Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24. This will be the first time ever that a Amityville Homecoming game will be played under the lights.

Homecoming festivities will continue on Saturday, September 25, beginning at 12:45 p.m. with the annual Homecoming Parade. The parade will begin at the Amityville Long Island Rail Road station, proceeding down Broadway to Avon Place and then Bayview Avenue before concluding on the campus of Amityville High School. The Varsity Girls Soccer squad will later host Westhampton at 5 p.m. at the high school, followed immediately by the Boys Soccer team hosting Shoreham Wading River at 7:00 p.m., also under the lights.
