English Classes Enjoy Portfolio Days

Students in many of our English classes are interacting in peer editing and writing share activities during our Portfolio Days. Classes are paired up and the students are asked to self-identify one writing piece from their writer’s portfolios to share with several peers. The students are asked to give positive feedback on their peers’ writing pieces and make comments on post it notes. The students are keep these notes as a reminder of the day and can use them as a positive motivation to keep writing! The attached pictures show Ms. Pentangelo’s and Ms. Cicchetti’s English classes participating in Portfolio Day.
