Amityville Seniors Achieve Excellence

Six Amityville Memorial High School seniors have been selected as recipients of the New York State 2009 Scholarship for Academic Excellence. This prestigious designation was based on scholastic achievement throughout their academic careers, and a weighted average of the scores on the Regents exams that were taken by students prior to their senior year. Director of Guidance Patricia Hausfeld, on behalf of the Amityville Public School District, would like to congratulate these students on their academic successes and wishes them luck in their future educational endeavors.
